Your Rights and Obligations

1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and abc7 ("abc7", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the abc7 website at abc7.club and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, slots, bingo, politics markets, and account management features.

By creating an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or accessing any part of the abc7 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the abc7 platform.

abc7 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered players via email or via an in-platform notification. Your continued use of abc7 after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date of the most recent version of these Terms is stated at the top of this document.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the abc7 Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion or bonus terms published on the platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail for the duration of that promotion only.

1.1 Platform Access

Access to the abc7 platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While abc7 makes every reasonable effort to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances outside our control may result in temporary service interruptions. abc7 will provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable.

1.2 Territorial Restrictions

abc7 is operated for and targeted at players located in Bangladesh. It is the responsibility of each player to ensure that online betting and casino gaming is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering an account. abc7 does not accept registrations from players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

2 Account Registration

To access the full range of abc7 services, including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits, you must register a valid player account. Registration is free of charge and requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during the registration process.

2.1 Registration Requirements

When registering an account with abc7, you must provide:

• Your full legal name, as it appears on your National Identity Card (NID) or other government-issued identification document;
• A valid, active mobile number registered in your name in Bangladesh;
• A valid email address that you actively access;
• Your date of birth, which you confirm demonstrates that you are aged 18 or above;
• Your preferred payment method details (e.g., bKash or Nagad mobile number) for account funding and withdrawal purposes.

abc7 reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided during registration at any time. Failure to provide adequate verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active abc7 account. It is strictly prohibited to register multiple accounts, whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same IP address, the same mobile number, or any combination thereof. Where duplicate accounts are detected, abc7 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit any account balances held within those accounts.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

abc7 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit copies of identity documents — including your National Identity Card (NID), proof of address, or payment method ownership evidence — before withdrawals are processed or as part of routine account verification. KYC verification is a standard requirement under responsible gaming best practices and is applied consistently to all player accounts.

2.4 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your abc7 username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. abc7 strongly recommends enabling optional two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are active is deemed to have been authorised by you, and abc7 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where adequate security precautions were not taken by the player.

3 Age Restriction & Eligibility

By registering an account with abc7, you declare and warrant that you are aged 18 years or above. Age verification checks are conducted during the registration process and may be repeated at any point during your account lifecycle. Where abc7 has reasonable grounds to suspect that an account is held by a person under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending investigation.

3.1 Age Verification Process

abc7 uses a combination of automated verification tools and manual document review to confirm player ages. You may be required to submit a copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document — such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — to confirm your date of birth. Accounts that cannot be age-verified will not be permitted to deposit or withdraw funds.

3.2 Underage Account Closure

If at any point during the lifecycle of an account it is determined that the account holder is under the age of 18, the account will be permanently closed. Any deposits made to the account will be refunded to the original depositing payment method. Any winnings accrued on the account prior to verification will be voided and are not payable.

3.3 Additional Eligibility Conditions

In addition to the age requirement, you must also:

• Be the registered owner of the payment method used to deposit funds into your abc7 account;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, or agent of abc7 or its affiliated technology and content partners;
• Not be self-excluded from the abc7 platform or any related platform under an active self-exclusion agreement;
• Be accessing the abc7 platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by law.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on abc7 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). abc7 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice. Players are advised to check the Cashier section of their account for the current list of supported methods.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed instantly in most cases. Bank transfer deposits may take 1–3 business days to appear in your abc7 account, depending on your bank's processing schedule. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit under standard account settings, though abc7 may apply transaction limits in specific circumstances for security or compliance purposes.

abc7 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or mobile financial services provider) may apply their own transaction fees — these are outside abc7's control and are the responsibility of the player.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests submitted before 6:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) on a business day are processed on the same day. Requests submitted after this cut-off or on non-business days are processed on the next available business day. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account, subject to KYC verification being complete.

4.3 Payment Method Ownership

You must only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment method is registered to another person — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit found to have been made from a third-party payment method will be reversed, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.4 Refused Withdrawals

abc7 reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal request in the following circumstances:

• The account has not completed KYC identity verification;
• The withdrawal request is subject to an active bonus wagering requirement that has not yet been satisfied;
• There are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms;
• The account is under investigation or has been flagged by our security team;
• The requested withdrawal amount exceeds the available real-money balance in the account.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

abc7 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and a loyalty programme. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms, which are published alongside each offer at the time it is made available. By claiming any bonus or promotion, you agree to the specific terms applicable to that offer as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. This means that the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is clearly stated at the point of offer.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Eligibility conditions for each bonus are stated in the specific promotion terms and may include requirements such as minimum deposit amount, qualifying games, minimum odds on sports bets, and time limits. abc7 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed by a player.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

abc7 monitors player accounts for patterns that indicate bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once, using prohibited betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is detected, abc7 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and close the account.

5.4 Expiry of Bonuses

All bonuses have an expiry period, after which any unclaimed bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from the account automatically. The expiry period applicable to each bonus is stated in the specific promotion terms. Players are responsible for tracking bonus expiry dates — abc7 is not obligated to provide individual reminders.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on abc7 are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to each sport and market type. These rules are available within the relevant sports section of the platform and should be reviewed before placing any bet. In the event of ambiguity, abc7's trading team decisions are final.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. abc7 reserves the right to decline or void any bet at its discretion, including — but not limited to — bets placed after an event has concluded, bets placed at odds that were displayed in error, and bets that exceed applicable stake limits for a given market.

6.2 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event as confirmed by the recognised governing body of the sport or market in question. For cricket, this includes results as declared by the ICC, BCB (Bangladesh Cricket Board), or the relevant tournament authority. Settlement typically occurs within one hour of the official result being confirmed, though in cases of result disputes or official inquiries, settlement may be delayed.

6.3 Voided Bets

Bets may be voided and stakes returned in the following circumstances:

• An event is cancelled, postponed beyond the rescheduling threshold, or abandoned without a result being determined;
• A bet was placed at odds that were published due to a manifest error;
• The market in question is declared void by abc7 in accordance with applicable sport-specific rules;
• It is determined that the integrity of the event has been compromised.

6.4 Casino and Slot Games

All casino game and slot outcomes on abc7 are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems operated by our game provider partners, including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. abc7 does not modify, control, or influence game outcomes. 6.5 Responsible Use of Funds

7 User Obligations & Conduct

As a registered player on abc7, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following obligations apply to all players and are essential to maintaining a fair and enjoyable environment for everyone on the platform.

7.1 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate and truthful information at all times, including during registration, KYC verification, and any customer support interactions. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or payment method ownership claim — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of account balances.

7.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the abc7 platform:

• Using automated betting tools, bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Attempting to exploit errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the abc7 software or its third-party game providers;
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any activity that compromises the integrity of a sporting event or casino game;
• Using abc7 accounts for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity;
• Sharing your account credentials or allowing a third party to operate your account on your behalf;
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent account closures, self-exclusions, or bonus limitations;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing abc7 staff or other players via any communication channel.

7.3 Communication Standards

When contacting abc7 customer support via live chat or email, players are expected to communicate respectfully and professionally. abc7 reserves the right to close or limit access to communication channels for players who engage in abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour towards support staff.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

abc7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur. Account actions may range from temporary restriction of specific features to permanent closure, depending on the severity of the circumstances.

8.1 Grounds for Suspension or Closure

Circumstances that may lead to account suspension or closure include:

• Breach of any of the user obligations described in Section 7 of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or money laundering;
• Detection of duplicate accounts held by the same individual;
• Receipt of a chargeback request from a payment provider;
• Account holder found to be under 18 years of age;
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder or a verified third party acting on their behalf.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request voluntary closure of their abc7 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before closing an account, any active bonus funds will be removed. Real-money balances above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to KYC verification being complete.

8.3 Self-Exclusion
